Ms. Stephanie

Hello! My name is Stephanie Kelly (Ms. Stephanie). This is my 8th year teaching for Topeka Public Schools. I have taught kindergarten and now pre-kindergarten. I graduated from Washburn University with a degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education. I have my Master of Science in Education-Curriculum and Instruction from Peru State College. I have two sons, one in 5th grade and a 5 year old. I enjoy scrap booking, attending church, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Kimberly Brion is our classroom Paraprofessional (Ms. Kim). Kim has been a para at Lowman Hill for 8 years with the special education department. She has been married for 14 years. Ms. Kim has 3 boys ages 16, 14, and 6.  She enjoys working with children and spending time with her family.

We enjoy working with young children. Our main goal is for children to be successful in their social and academic pursuits. We believe in preparing children for their next educational setting, kindergarten. We strive to differentiate learning based upon each child's unique skill level.

Our classroom is located at Lowman Hill Elementary, room 113. Our classroom phone number is 235-7092. Our emails are skelly@topeka.k12.ks.us and kbrion1@topeka.k12.ks.us. We teach using Everyday Mathematics, Scholastic Big Day, Handwriting Without Tears, and Early Learning Second Step for social development along with a variety of science, social studies, and art lessons.
